I absolutely loved my stay here and wished I could have stayed longer. The location directly across from the crosswalk and bridge is perfect. I enjoyed watching the Surfliner and Metrolink traverse by throughout the day. It’s walking distance to four restaurants including Olamendi’s right next door. Even though the property is located along the PCH, the rooms are completely soundproof at night with the doors closed; I didn’t hear any traffic noise or noise from neighboring rooms either, but could still hear the lovely low sound of the train as it passed by in the middle of the night. “Idyllic” is the word I would use to describe my stay.

Your staff is the most friendly we have EVER encountered at ANY of the GPX timeshare locations in CA and we’ve tried almost all of them. I’d also say most properties are run down which is frustrating, but yours looks great!! Please excuse me for forgetting her name, but your second shift employee has absolutely incredible guest service/people skills. I was a Recruiter for more than 20 years before I retired out in AZ, but over the years there were a few I’d give my card to and encourage them to call me if they were ever looking for other opportunities. However, I know she would have never called me as she talked about how long she worked here and just how much she loved her job!! Your organization is VERY LUCKY to have her as part of the team!! I’d say every team member we’ve encountered has been incredibly sweet. It’s always obvious when people are treated well by Management within an organization as morale trickles down…good or bad. We already know we will be back again if we are lucky enough to see a spot open up. We’ve had such a fabulous time and it’s only at our half way point!!

We love to share our time at the resort with friends and family every year. We always hear about how nice and helpful the staff is. It is always a joy to see Augustina at the front desk. She has been checking us in for so many years and it really makes our time there feel like one big happy family.

The view and location, amenities, relaxation and perfect weather (when we were there) were the highlights of our trip. We will be back. Thank you

Our room was extremely clean and everything was kept up. Staff was very accommodating.

Small, cozy timeshare resort that's perfectly located for visiting fun places around southern California. Close to San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and approximately an hour and a half to San Diego or Los Angeles (varies due to traffic). Units give you plenty of room to spread out. Has a small pool (sized OK for the number of units), a hot tub, a lounge with big screen TV & pool table, and a small exercise room. The resort will lend you bikes and some beach equipment, and they have a few "gathering" opportunities so you can meet other owners, exchangers and renters and enjoy a couple of margaritas or glasses of wine. Doheny State Beach is across the PCH and railway from the resort and there's a pedestrian crossover right in front of the resort. Limited parking, but we were never without a space. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to greet you with a smile.

Everything has been wonderful the house cleaning personnel have been timely, cheerful and helpful. Been having a great time...the environment is awesome. 😊

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay here! We booked a last minute girls trip and this place was amazing! Our room over looked the beach and the location was super convenient. I loved that access to the beach was just right across the street! And the room was so spacious. I definitely prefer the feel of a one bedroom condo over a cramped hotel room. It was very comfortable! A little outdated but VERY clean!!
